Health Wellness Coaching
My coaching services are available to anyone who wants to make and sustain lifestyle changes—no matter how big, small, or difficult those changes are. The coaching process is completely personalized, at a pace that feels right to you, because self-directed goals lead to lasting lifestyle change. As a health coach, I utilize principles of positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and behavioral change theory to support lifestyle change around your overall wellness. Uncovering your motivation and focusing on your strengths, we will develop practical, actionable strategies to overcome obstacles and empower you to move toward the life of health that you want. When we work together the goal is to bring balance into all aspects of your life by addressing you as a whole person, not focusing on an isolated set of symptoms.

The complementary 15-minute discovery call is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the coaching process, discuss your wellness goals, and explore the kind of support you may need. By the end of the call, we will discover if we are a good fit and if we want to proceed to working together.

This is a personalized one on one coaching program where we will co-create an action plan to help you move toward the life of health that you want.
We will do this by identifying current patterns and tendencies, and help you to leverage your strengths, (I like to call them super powers!) and overcome obstacles as you implement healthy routines and create lasting lifestyle changes. In my coaching practice we will address all aspects of health: intellectual health, emotional health, spiritual health, and physical health.
• An initial 60 minute Foundation Session where we review intake forms, desires with coaching, values/strengths, long term vision and discussion of goals.
• 9 x 45 - minute Follow Up Sessions - With support, empowerment, and a level of accountability that feels right to you, in each session you will set small action steps that lead toward your vision.
Why three months?
This format has grown out of my experience working with previous clients. Three months with 3 sessions per month is consistent and long enough to see progress, yet has some built in flexibility for “real life” interruptions. After the three month program, there are custom options to continue coaching as many of my clients tend to do.
